Yes. You can cancel your booking at any time before delivery by submitting a written application and your original PBO. In case of cancellation by the applicant, a 2% administrative and processing fee of the total vehicle price will be deducted from the booking amount. However, if the cancellation is due to a price increase (under Option A), unreasonable delays beyond the cushion period, or if the company cancels the booking (except for applicant's breach), a full refund will be provided without any deductions. All refunds are processed within 30 days.

We offer two flexible options: • Option A: 30% of the quoted price (Provisional Rate Booking). • Option B: 50% of the quoted price (Final Rate Booking). This option locks your price and protects you from any future price increases.
