Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Applicant
If the Applicant wishes to cancel the booking at any time before the delivery of the vehicle, he/she may do so by making a written application along with the original PBO to the concerned authorized dealership or the Company's head office. The Company reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the original PBO is not submitted.
The Company shall deduct two percent (2%) of the total price of the vehicle (price at the time of booking) as administrative and processing charges and shall refund the remaining amount to the Applicant via authorized dealer within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the application at the Company's head office.
If the Applicant wishes to cancel his/her booking due to a price increase (applicable only to Option A - 30% Provisional Rate bookings) or unreasonable delays in delivery of the vehicle beyond the cushion period and not caused by Force Majeure, the Company shall refund the full amount without any deduction.
Cancellation by Company
The Company reserves the right to cancel any booking at its sole discretion in circumstances including but not limited to non-realization of payment within the stipulated timeline, provision of false, incorrect, or misleading information by the Applicant, breach of any terms and conditions by the Applicant, non-availability of the booked vehicle model due to discontinuation, or any other reasonable cause as determined by the Company.
In case of cancellation by the Company except for the Applicant's breach, the full booking amount shall be refunded without any deduction within thirty (30) days.
