NORA vehicles are covered by a manufacturer's warranty as per the terms and conditions specified in the separate Warranty Certificate provided at the time of delivery. The warranty coverage, duration, and terms shall be as determined by the Company's technical team and communicated to the Applicant at or before the time of delivery.
The warranty typically covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues, subject to the exclusions and conditions mentioned in the Warranty Certificate. Post-sale claims shall only be entertained during the warranty period and must be made in accordance with the warranty terms and procedures as provided by the technical team.

The Company's obligations under warranty are limited to repair or replacement of defective parts as specified in the Warranty Certificate, and the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of opportunity.
